Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium white potatoes, peeled and grated
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dill weed or parsley flakes
    1 tsp. onion powder or 1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Heat oil to medium, about 1 inch deep in frying pan.
    Put about 1/2 cup of potato mixture in oil, forming a pancake.
    Cook until brown; turn and cook until light brown on second side.
    Remove and drain on a paper towel.
    Serve with sausage, applesauce and pancake syrup.
