Corned Beef Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 can English peas and liquid
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of Tabasco
    1 can corned beef
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Heat peas and liquid; add to gelatin.
    Set aside.
    Mix eggs, celery, green pepper and onion together and add mayonnaise, milk, salt, vinegar and Tabasco. Then add to peas and gelatin mixture; mix well and add corned beef.
    Put into dish or pan lined with waxed paper.
    Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce as main dish.
    Serves 8.
