Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (No. 1) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, diced
3 small hot peppers, diced
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into hot skillet.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
