Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 pie shell
Preparation

Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 450\u00b0; set aside.
Warm 2 cups milk.
Blend in other ingredients and pour in pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cut oven temperature down to 350\u00b0 and continue baking until done.
Baking time is approximately 35 minutes.
