Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. pineapple juice (from pineapple)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; cook slowly
    in
    2 cups of water.
    Cover pot. When tender, drain;
    let cool just until you can handle. Skin and mash.
    Add
    all
    other
    ingredients; beat well.
    When blended, pile into a 1
    1/2
    quart
    casserole;
    dot top with a little butter and about
    a dozen miniature marshmallows.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until marshmallows are brown.
