Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
whipped cream
lime slices
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and the lime peel.
Gradually add the lime juice, beating at medium speed until mixed.
Turn mixture into baked pastry shell.
Cover and chill 4 hours.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
Makes 8 servings.
