Corn Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 or 2 sleeves soda crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all together well; chill 4 to 6 hours.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot oil; cook fast.
    Turn once.
    Place in brown paper bag with paper towels (keeps them warm).
    Serve with fried chicken or finger foods.
