Earthquake Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

coconut (enough to cover bottom of pan)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick oleo, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan (if you use 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, this will run over in your oven).
Cover bottom of pan with coconut.
Sprinkle nuts over coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over nuts.
Mix cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.
Spoon over cake mix; do not try to spread.
Bake cake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
