Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 oz. butter
    12 Tbsp. Crisco
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Milk, butter and Crisco should be room temperature.
    Make a well in middle of dry ingredients.
    Pour other ingredients into that well and beat all ingredients together for 20 minutes on medium speed.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Do not preheat oven.)
    Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes.
    Remove from tube pan and let cool. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
