Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cubed
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 onions, sliced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2-inch piece fresh ginger
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. coriander
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Shake flour, cayenne and chicken in a bag to coat.
    Remove chicken and saute in margarine until lightly browned.
    Remove chicken.
    In same pan, add onions, garlic and grated ginger; fry until soft.
    Add cumin and coriander; fry, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
    Return chicken to pan; add cream and yogurt. Simmer for 30 minutes until sauce is brown and thick.
    Serve over Rice Pilau.
