Green Chili - cooking recipe

3 lb. cubed pork Boston butt
3 qt. canned tomatoes
4 c. chopped onion
6 (6 oz.) cans green chilies
3 c. chopped bell pepper
1 qt. water
4 pickled jalapenos
3 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation

Brown pork in large stock pot and pour off fat. After pork is browned, add all ingredients and simmer for 3 hours.
More or less water can be used depending on how thick you want your chili. Can be served in bowl with crackers and shredded Cheddar cheese or rolled in flour tortillas in a cake pan. Top with Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
