Homemade Snicker Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Preparation
    Line pan with foil; melt chocolate with oil and pour half of mixture into pan.
    Refrigerate about 15 minutes.
