Chicken Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken
    2 c. raw potatoes
    Tony Chachere seasoning
    flour
    salt and pepper
    jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Boil cut up chicken and potatoes in small amount of water with salt added.
    When chicken is tender, pull off bones and cut in small pieces.
    Add potatoes, peppers and Tony Chachere to taste. Form in balls, roll in flour and fry in fat.
    Drain and serve.
