Fabulous Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flaked coconut
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, crushed pineapple and juice, oil, vanilla, salt, coconut, carrots and pecans.
Add dry ingredients to the liquid mixture.
Line 3 (8-inch) cake pans with waxed paper.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and cool on racks for 30 minutes.
