Italian Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 b. Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, cut in crescents
    1 large bell pepper, cut in strips
    6 medium potatoes, pared and cut lengthwise in large pieces
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Cut
    sausage
    into
    3
    or 4-inch pieces.
    Pierce with fork.
    Add oil to roaster.
    Place sausage in it and cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn sausage and pierce other
    side.
    Cook
    another
    15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from
    oven and
    drain
    oil,
    reserving about 2 tablespoons in roaster.
    Add potatoes; season and add bell pepper and onion. Add
    a little more seasoning.
    Cover with roaster lid and cook about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and gently stir to combine all.
    (May
    want
    to add more seasoning.) Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
