Haystacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick Parkay margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stack saltines
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Bring to a boil sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and blend quickly. Crush saltines and chop pecans in large mixing bowl.
Stir in mixture quickly and put on wax paper, one tablespoon and let cool.
