Potato Poncho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 c. shredded cheese
    margarine (amount your choice)
    2 pkg. taco mix
    6 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Either bake potatoes in microwave or oven.
    Use whichever is more convenient to you.
    Microwave is quicker; 12 minutes on each side of the potato.
    Check for doneness.
    Slice potatoes and put your amount of butter or margarine on them.
    Set aside.
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Mix with taco packets, by the directions. Lay sliced potatoes in baking dish.
    Cover with taco meat.
    Cover with shredded cheese.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
