Cinnamon Egg White Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pecan halves
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon (as desired)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Add vanilla, sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip pecans in mixture and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
