German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 unpeeled potatoes
    1 medium onion
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    6 slices crispy fried bacon
    2 raw eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 heaping tsp. celery seed
    pickle relish
Preparation
    Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water.
    Let cool; peel, then dice or slice.
    Dice the onion and hard-boiled eggs.
    Cut the bacon into bite sized pieces before frying until crispy.
    Into the grease from the bacon, add mixture of 2 beaten eggs, the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil over low heat.
    Pour hot dressing over potatoes and add pickle relish to taste.
    Serve warm.
