Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Use 1/4-inch thick strips venison and marinate overnight. Bake at 140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0 for approximately 6 hours.
    Turn after 2 hours.
    If you use smoker, cut liquid smoke to 1 teaspoon.
