Walnut Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes (1 large can Bruce's yams)
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix with a hand mixer.
Pour into a glass pan.
(Use Pam on bottom).
