Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo (margarine)
    2 eggs
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    salt
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Beat eggs into it and 8 ounces sour cream.
    Add whole kernel corn and cream-style corn.
    Mix corn bread mix.
    Add salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Bake in shallow dish until knife or pick comes out of center clean.
