Ingredients

butter or margarine
1 1/2 onions, in rings
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
grated Parmesan cheese
sliced Provolone cheese
bread cubes
Preparation

Saute onion rings in butter until soft and transparent.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
In individual soup bowls, add bread cubes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Pour hot soup on top of cubes and Parmesan cheese.
Top with Provolone cheese and cover to allow Provolone cheese to melt.
