Chinese-Style Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. roast pork, cut into thin, small strips
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced, raw mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
Chinese noodles
Preparation

In a skillet, heat the oil.
Add the onion and cook until transparent.
Add the pork, chicken broth, celery, mushrooms and bean sprouts; simmer five minutes.
