Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice
1/2 stick butter or margarine
3 c. bouillon (use 4 cubes to 3 c. water)
3/4 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dehydrated
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Brown rice in butter. add bouillon. Bake in covered 1 1/2-quart casserole 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven. Stir in vegetables and nuts. Cover and bake 10 minutes more.
