Dolly Parton Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding or pistachio
6 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium (12 or 16 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O and pudding in boiling water.
Chill until syrupy; fold in whipped topping, pineapple and the juice.
Add the well drained mandarin oranges.
Chill well until serving time. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Serves 12 to 15.
