Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until fluffy, add milk and mix.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add the eggs and milk to mixture to form a heavy batter (drop by spoonfuls into hot gravy and cook 15 minutes without taking off lid).
