Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
1 Tbsp. each chili powder, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce
1 can chili beans
Preparation

Brown beef, sausage, onion and garlic in oil. Drain off fat. Stir in all ingredients except chili beans and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir in chili beans and simmer 10 more minutes. Serve with sour cream or cheese.
