Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes
    2 heads cabbage
    2 bunches carrots
    12 large onions
    18 ears corn
    12 stalks celery
    4 green peppers
Preparation
    Scald skins off and mash tomatoes to give the juice in which to cook the rest of the ingredients for no water is added.
    Cook 1 hour and put in glass jars and seal tight.
