Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. clear Italian dressing
7 medium potatoes, cut up and cooked
3/4 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish mustard
Preparation

Pour dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours.
Add celery, onions and chopped egg whites.
Sieve yolks; mix with the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard; fold into salad.
Add salt and celery seed to taste.
Chill 2 hours.
(I usually chill longer.) Makes 8 servings.
