Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box blueberry muffin mix
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Wash blueberries and drain.
Put muffin mix, egg and water in 9 x 9-inch pan.
Stir with fork until blended.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle blueberries, brown sugar and cinnamon over batter.
Use fork to fold into batter to create a marbled effect. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
Use knife to loosen sides.
I put a few tablespoons of icing from a can on top of it.
After it melts, spread around.
