Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 pieces celery
    1 clove garlic
    dash of Tabasco
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. real mayonnaise
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 lb. boiled shrimp, finely chopped
Preparation
    Place bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic and Tabasco sauce in blender and chop; set aside.
    Cream together the sugar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Now, combine creamed mixture and chopped vegetables.
    Add chopped or blended shrimp; mix well.
    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight before serving.
