Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lawry's meat loaf seasoning
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick crushed saltine crackers
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and stuff into red or green bell peppers that have been cut lengthwise and cleaned.
    Place into a greased, shallow baking dish.
    Cover each pepper with 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
    Pour 1/2 cup water into bottom of baking dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
