Oven Baked Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can pink salmon
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Flake, removing skin and large bones.
    Process bread into fine crumbs.
    Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Shape into 8 patties, pressing together firmly.
    Bake on a lightly oiled cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes on each side.
