Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. minced onion
    9-inch frozen ready to bake pie crust
    4 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie crust.
    Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour cream mixture into pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0
    and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serve in wedges.
