Jerome Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole crackers.
    Melt margarine. Add sugar.
    Beat egg in milk and add to other mixture.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Turn off heat and add pecans, 1 cup cracker crumbs and coconut.
    Pour over crackers in pan.
    Layer another of whole crackers on top and ice.
