Spinach-Feta Phyllo Pie(Greek Croustade) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Feta cheese
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. olive oil
    10 sheets phyllo
    1 egg
Preparation
    Defrost the spinach in microwave.
    Mash the Feta and cottage cheese together.
    Drain and squeeze the frozen spinach.
    Add spinach to cheese.
    Mix.
