Fresh Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears corn, shucked
    1/4 c. water
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 yellow pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lime juice
    juice of 1 orange
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove corn kernels with sharp knife into saucepan.
    Stir in water.
    Cover and steam for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove cover and cook for 2 minutes more.
    Combine drained corn, peppers, onions and cilantro in bowl.
    In another bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, salt and pepper.
    Pour over corn mixture.
    Toss and chill covered for at least 2 hours.
