Cheese Potato Souffle' - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes (6 c. mashed)
6 Tbsp. oleo
2 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In large saucepan over low heat, mix mashed potatoes, oleo and cheese until melted.
Add milk and salt.
Fold in eggs.
Put mixture in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until brown.
Makes 10 servings.
