Hot Peppers(Canning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in jars (sterilized).
    Cut up peppers into bite size pieces.
    Put peppers into spice filled jars.
    Press down hard with wooden spoon. Fill to 1/2-inch of top.
    Boil 1 quart of vinegar and 1 quart of water.
    When it comes to a rolling boil, pour into jars and cover peppers.
    Clean top of jars and put on sterilized lids.
    Ready in 2 weeks.
    For quarts, double spices.
