Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. self-rising meal
 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
1 stick sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
2 pods hot pepper, chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients except cheese.
 
Pour half of batter in greased skillet.
Add cheese.
Add rest of batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until done.
