Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. regular oatmeal
    1 lb. unsweetened coconut
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. melted butter
    1 lb. sunflower seeds (raw or roasted)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together in a 13-quart mixing bowl.
    Toast in oven at 275\u00b0 until golden brown.
    When cold, mix with Grape-Nuts.
    Add chocolate chips or butterscotch and raisins, if you wish.
