Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
5 medium ripe tomatoes
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix coarse fresh bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
Slice about 1/3-inch off tops of ripe tomatoes; place, cut sides up, in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle tomatoes with crumb mixture and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until crumbs are toasted.
Yield: 5 servings.
