Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
Muenster cheese, sliced (enough to line a pie plate)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line pie plate with Muenster cheese. Mix spinach, cottage cheese and eggs.
Place spinach mixture over cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown on top. Cut as desired.
