Different Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. Emeril's Essence Bam
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all together and shape into loaf. Pat more Pepperidge Farm stuffing on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
