Mexican Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    yellow corn meal
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together the first 3 items, then stir in the next 3.
    Stir in cheese, peppers and onion; mix until well blended.
