Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Chill milk in can until it forms ice.
    Pour milk into bowl; beat until it forms peaks.
    Mix water and jello.
    Let cool; beat. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.
    Add to jello mixture; add to milk.
    Beat well.
    Pour into graham cracker crust.
