Delmonico Potatoes(One Of Lincoln'S Favorite Recipes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. half and half (light version) or 2 1/2 c. 2% milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Salt and boil until done, not mushy.
    Drain and place in 2-quart lightly greased casserole.
