Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 2 lb. (southern or O'Brien style)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    6 green chopped onions
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (nonfat if desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 stick melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and pour into buttered large casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until bubbly brown on top.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and leave casserole in oven until cheese is melted.
