Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and half of the nuts.
    Form into a ball and pat the other half of the nuts on the outside.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Serve with crackers.
    Make a day ahead for flavors to blend.
    Can be frozen.
